Head of Sales required for well established business, distributing high-quality cleaning and healthcare products to a wide range of industries including education, hospitality and healthcare. The successful candidate will be required to develop and implement a sales strategy, win new business with the team whilst performance managing the Field Sales and Internal Sales teams to help them deliver sales and profit growth objectives. Duties will include developing a culture of winning and keeping business, win new key customers and maintain a robust sales pipeline, developing and maintain existing Key Customers. Reviewing sales plans, territories, activities and pipeline annually to ensure sales resources are used in most effective manner. Develop professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
