We''re currently looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming and supportive schools. These roles are perfect for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact, whether you''re experienced or just starting your journey in education.

The role: You''ll be supporting children with Special Educational Needs, either on a 1:1 basis or within small groups. Every day will be different, but your focus will always be the same - helping pupils feel safe, understood, and confident in their learning.

What you''ll be doing:

• Supporting children with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD and communication needs
• Helping to build positive routines and encouraging independence
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support plans
• Creating a calm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

We''re looking for someone who:

• Is patient, empathetic, and genuinely enjoys supporting young people
• Has experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (school-based experience is a bonus, not a must)
• Can build strong relationships and communicate clearly
• Is proactive and willing to get stuck in
