This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who require additional support to access education and achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and tailored lessons to pupils who may display challenging behaviours, working within a supportive, multi-disciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SEMH needs Create a nurturing and structured classroom environment that supports emotional regulation and positive behaviour Implement and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies Build strong, positive relationships with students to support engagement and progress Work collaboratively with support staff, pastoral teams, and external professionals Monitor, record, and report on student progress and wellbeing Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent) Experience teaching pupils with SEN, ideally within an SEMH setting Strong behaviour management skills and emot
