Senior SAP Test Manager Location: London or other UK locations - HybridEmployment Type: Permanent We are supporting a leading consultancy looking for an experienced Senior SAP Test Manager to lead testing across large-scale SAP transformation programmes. This is an opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end testing strategy and delivery, advise clients on testing best practice, and contribute to business development activities across major enterprise transformation projects. Key Responsibilities Define and own end-to-end testing strategies for complex SAP transformation programmes. Lead testing delivery throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and preparation through to execution and completion. Establish testing governance, methodologies, quality standards and reporting. Manage senior client stakeholders and advise on testing approaches, risks and best practice. Drive test automation and explore AI-enabled testing solutions. Support commercial activities, including tenders, bids, RFP responses and client presentations. Contribute to pre-sales activities, helping shape testing propositions and solutions for prospective clients. Oversee testing teams and ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams. Required Experience Extensive experience leading testing across large-scale SAP transformation programmes. Strong SAP testing expertise within complex enterprise environments.
