Job Responsibilities Operate a Class 2 (C) vehicle safely and efficiently in line with all relevant legislation and company procedures. Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance requirements promptly. Deliver goods to customers on time, following planned routes and delivery schedules. Secure loads correctly and ensure vehicles are prepared for safe transit. Maintain accurate records, including delivery documentation and tachograph compliance. Provide a professional service to customers and colleagues at all times. Adhere to all health and safety requirements, including site rules and safe loading/unloading practices. Communicate effectively with the transport office regarding progress, delays, and any issues. Required Skills and Qualifications Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence. Valid Driver CPC qualification. Valid digital tachograph card. Good knowledge of UK road safety and driving regulations.
