Job Title: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Administrator Location: Birmingham, UK-based - Hybrid working Salary/Rate: £350 - £400 (Flexable) - Inside IR35Job Type: 6 Month ContractWe are undertaking a project to migrate part of an existing service from an offshore Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment into a UK-based GCP account. An experienced GCP Administrator is required to take ownership of this migration and the associated GCP environment in the short to medium term.Due to current capacity and skills constraints, this role will be responsible for end-to-end GCP administration throughout the project life cycle, followed by structured handover and training to internal teams ahead of go-live.The engagement will cover setup, migration support, go-live assistance, and knowledge transfer.Job Responsibilities/ObjectivesAdminister and manage a UK-based GCP environmentSupport migration of services from an offshore GCP account to a UK GCP accountSet up, configure, and maintain GCP infrastructure to support applicationsImplement and manage GCP security, IAM, networking, and governanceSupport application updates deployed via GitHub into the UK GCP environmentEnsure platform stability, performance, and compliance during migrationProduce documentation and provide structured knowledge transferAssist with upskilling internal teams ahead of go-liveRequired Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following:Strong hands-on experience as a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Administrato
