With a lean UK team, the business operates with a genuine start-up mindset high autonomy, minimal hierarchy, and real involvement across multiple areas of the organisation.Everyone rolls their sleeves up, ideas are encouraged, and individuals are trusted to make decisions that directly influence brand performance in the UK.The RoleReporting into the Head of Off Trade, this is a broad, high-impact role combining account management with new business development.You will: Manage and grow Convenience customersSupport the Head of Off Trade across key Grocery accountsDrive new business wins within Cash and Carry / Wholesale, where the business currently under-indexesIdentify growth opportunities across Off-Trade sub-channels outside of GroceryBuild strong, long-term relationships with independent and regional customersWork closely with Marketing to activate promotions and campaignsMonitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer insightDeliver sales reporting, forecasting and performance updates About You Off-Trade sales experience within DrinksStrong understanding of the UK Off-Trade landscapeExposure to Convenience or Wholesale highly advantageousComfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, hands-on environmen
