This is a varied role combining electrical expertise with general MandE maintenance, offering stability, career development, and the opportunity to work with a well-respected business.Key ResponsibilitiesService and maintain BMS front-end systemsCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and mechanical plantDiagnose and repair faults across electrical and mechanical systemsUndertake general MandE maintenance tasks, including:Emergency lighting testsWater temperature monitoringAHU and FCU maintenanceMinor plumbing repairsReactive maintenance? Provide excellent client-facing service, maintaining strong on-site relationships ?
