Product and Proposition Manger Bromley, Kent £45,000 -£55,000 per annum Permanent Full time We are looking for an experienced Product Manager, who wants to get involved in helping shape and execute Foresters product and proposition strategy. You will be managing the development of the product and proposition roadmap. Utilising your experience of how to get a product/ proposition off the ground you will be instrumental in managing the successful launch of new products. Your day to day will include: Managing the identification and ideation of new product and proposition opportunities Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from idea and prototyping to launch and market success Leading product reviews , maintaining a structured process and timeline. Recommending and embedding product governance principles and practices. Identifying the needs of vulnerable customers, recommending business practices. Collecting and analysing relevant management information. Leveraging data, customer insights, market research and regulations to inform business decision making and continuously improving products Making evidence-based recommendations for product management.
