This position is London based and hybrid in out of season, Salary 45,000. Your primary responsibilities will be optimising existing and bringing on new transportation contracts, managing the allocation of coaches, and upholding quality control standards. You will analyse operational figures, collaborate with various teams to finalise logistics for group tours, validate supplier invoices, and extend support to the wider team when needed. Your expertise will directly impact on your ability to deliver exceptional service to your clients and maintain strong relationships with your suppliers and team. Contracts and Operations Manager Skill attributes: Experience of contracting Coaches in Europe is required Fluency in Italian, French and English Our client would consider SENIOR Group Operations applicants who want to move into contracting transportation for groups. Influential and Negotiation skills Proficient at evaluating and analysing data in order to determine and execute the necessary strategies needed to achieve growth. Previous experience of building successful relationships with your suppliers for best rates within your market.
