Your day might include:Building positive, trusting relationships.Supporting people with the activities they enjoy at home and out in the community.Helping people develop independence and daily living skills.Assisting with meal preparation, personal care and medication.Helping people manage and maintain their homes.You ll be guided by each person s support plan so they can live the life they choose.Contract, hours and travelContracts available at 30 or 37.5 hours.Fully flexible schedule required.Shifts include weekends and bank holidays.You must be willing to travel up to around one hour from your home to different locations.Mileage reimbursement provided or Oyster card benefit available.Training and developmentYou do
