Job Title: Quality Inspector Location: Craigavon Duration: Temporary Salary: £16.90 per hour Hours: 37 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Apple Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our public sector client for a Quality Inspector. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate electronic project files, including reports, photographs, certificates, drawings, meeting minutes and site records. Inspect works at various stages of construction to ensure compliance with specifications, statutory regulations, workmanship and material standards. Identify and report any non-compliance issues, including health, safety and welfare concerns requiring immediate action. Carry out measurements of works when required. Prepare comprehensive electronic weekly inspection reports detailing site findings. Keep the Contract Administrator/Project Manager informed of inspection findings, variations to works and potential compensation events. Assist during the project handover process, ensuring all handover documentation is completed accurately. Record and maintain project information using mobile technology and desktop systems in line with organisational IT policies. Undertake any other duties appropriate to the grade of the post.
