Conrad Consulting is currently seeking an experienced MandE Quantity Surveyor for a long-term, permanent opportunity on a major project in Aberdeen. This is an excellent opportunity for an MandE Quantity Surveyor looking to join a significant project, working closely with project, operational and site teams to support the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical works. We are keen to speak with experienced MandE Quantity Surveyors who have a strong understanding of MandE contracts, cost management and project delivery. As this will be one of their first major commercial hires in Aberdeen, there will be a significant opportunity to progress and build a team. The Role of the Quantity Surveyor: As an MandE Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of MandE packages, supporting project delivery teams and ensuring costs are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor: Managing the commercial and contractual processes associated with MandE works. Preparing, reviewing and agreeing valuations, variations and applications for payment. Monitoring project costs and supporting effective cost control. Managing subcontractor accounts and commercial performance. Working closely with project managers, operational teams and site personnel.
