Deliver fast, insightful analysis of marketing performance to optimise future activitySupport the creation and testing of predictive models and customer segmentation strategiesDrive continuous improvement in CRM outcomes and customer personalisation effortsDesign and maintain intuitive performance dashboards for marketing teamsTranslate customer and campaign data into clear, strategic recommendationsSupport a culture of experimentation and insight-led decision-making within marketingQualifications
Graduate and/or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. STEM, Maths, Statistics, Physics but not exclusively) or equivalent experience.Previous experience in a commercial, CRM, or marketing analytics role is essential.Hands-on experience with campaign evaluation techniques and uplift modelling as well as being comfortable working in fast-paced environments.Technically proficient in SQL and Excel, as well as competent with Data visualisation software, Power BI preferrable.Strong communicator, able to influence through data storytelling.Additional details
