I have a unique opportunity for an assistant technical coordinator to join a regional developer in Devon.

Working within a small team you will report to the technical manager and assist with projects from pre-construction stages through to hand over. Ideally you will have developer or consultancy background..

 

The aim of the Assistant Technical Coordinator role, summary of duties:

- Supporting the Technical Managers with administrative tasks such as dealing with external consultants
- Collating information and drawings packs
- Liaising with utility providers and other external suppliers
- Updating and filing documents
- Liaising with internal departments including, sales, construction and planning
- Attending site visits with the technical managers.
- Participate in design lead meetings, taking notes which will need actioning
- Review and feedback on consultant drawings and specifications
- Check specialist subcontractors’ information.
