The setting provides a safe, supportive and nurturing environment where young people are encouraged to develop independence, communication skills and positive relationships.The provision is looking to appoint a Residential Childcare Worker on both permanent and flexible temporary opportunities, with an immediate start available. The successful Residential Childcare Worker will support young people within the residential home and school environment, providing personal care, emotional support, promoting independence and helping young people access daily activities.
