Technical Expertise

Experience with high-throughput DNA sequencing technologiesProficiency in molecular diagnostic techniquesKnowledge of nucleic acid-based assaysLaboratory automation experienceQuality control and assurance in clinical settings

Professional Qualifications

Degree in relevant scientific discipline (BSc, MSc, or PhD)HCPC registration (highly valued)Experience in ISO 15189, CAP, or other accredited clinical laboratoriesBackground in clinical assay development and validation
