Hours:                 Monday- Friday 08:30- 17:00

Our client a manufacturing company who manufactures and supplies high-purity specialist water for industrial and scientific applications, is looking for 2 Process Operatives to join their team.

 

Working a varied role within a small team, you will be responsible for operating process equipment, FLT and assisting with other different tasks as and when required.

 

 

As a Process Operative your duties will be: -

 

• Operating process equipment.
  
  
• Working with valves and pumps.
  
  
• Monitoring quality and production volumes.
  
  
• Filing drums.
  
  
• Operating FLT Counterbalance.
  
  
• Basic valve repairs and leak rectification.
  
  
• General operational support across the site.
  
  

• Must have a background in production, process manufacturing, or similar industrial environments.
  
  
• FLT Counterbalance licence must be in date and accredited (RTITB or ITSSAR).
  
  
• Confident, hands-on approach.
  
  
• Willingness to learn new skills and be upskilled.
  
  
• Happy assisting other departments and conducting different tasks as and when required.
  
  
• Comfortable working within a small team environment.
  
  
• Ability to handle some heavy lifting.
  
  

• Permanent contract.
  
  
• 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

• Quarterly bonus Approx. £1,200.
