There are partnership prospects for the right person.The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload to include divorce, financial settlements, pre-nuptial and post nuptial agreements, separation agreements, cohabitation agreements and child arrangements.They will work as part of the firm’s non-property team which comprises two Private Client solicitors, a Litigation/Employment solicitor and support staff.- Private Family Law Solicitor with at least 5+ years PQE.- Extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of private family law.NB Experience in TOLATA is advantageous.- Be (or become) a member of Resolution since specialist accreditation is advantageous.- Have good technical knowledge.- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.- Attention to detail.- Case management experience.- An awareness of risk management.- An interest and ability in business development.- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Exemplary client care.The successful candidate will have a keen interest in generating new business by attending appropriate networking groups and events, some of which may be out of hours.How to apply
