The school caters for children with Autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, learning difficulties, speech and language needs, and physical disabilities. Many of the students require 1-2-1 support to help them access learning in a way that suits their unique needs.Your Day-to-Day: You will support a small class of 8 to 10 students, working alongside the class teacher and another teaching assistant to create a fun and exciting learning environment. The school has a big focus on practical learning and life skills, so your day will involve fun, interactive activities such as cooking, outdoor education, animal therapy and sensory play!
