Ensure that applications are robust, scalable, and user-focused by combining strong technical expertise with an understanding of business requirements. Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure all software adheres to architectural standards and best practices. Provide guidance and coaching to the team as required. Optimise applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security Work with other members of the team to ensure business requirements are appropriately converted to functional and technical specifications Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full technology stack.
