Job Title: Senior Parent Support Advisor Location: Enfield Contract: 3 months Hours: 35 Hours per week Salary: 26 UMB per hour ( 20- 20.50 PAYE) About the Role Working on behalf of Enfield Council, We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Parent Support Advisor to work with families who require early help and targeted support. The purpose of this role is to provide a holistic assessment of family needs and to deliver single or multi-agency coordinated packages of support that improve outcomes for children and young people. You will empower families to identify and address challenging behaviours, improve family relationships, and create positive pathways for change. A key focus of the role is to support families to increase school attendance, improve attainment, and reduce exclusions, ensuring children are supported to thrive both at home and in education.
