Administrator/Customer Account SpecialistLocation: Antsy Park, Coventry - Monday to Friday - 8am to 4:30pmLength: Initially 6 monthsHourly Rate: £14 to 15This position is key to supporting Sandamp;S in achieving key growth targets and contributing to the Sales Strategy for long term growth, including the responsibility for the key processes across a portfolio of customer accounts and the monitoring and reporting of sales metrics. This position will be located in Coventry.Role Responsibilities* Execute the MRO process in accordance with Customer Experience culture standards as part of the CX Service Team.* Manage the administration for a portfolio of customers from induction to end including Contract Review, Quote generation, Order entry, Expedite enquires in line with Customer Experience standards and to achieve annual sales targets* Manage Customer interactions via CRM system (Salesforce) and assist with CRM training across functions that impact the Customer Journey* Contribute to the CX team at internal meetings as necessary and provide reports to wider management team as required with a focus on continuous improvement and business growth* Ensure enquiries are answered in a timely manner and the execution of duties carried out* Liaise with internal departments to ensure CX standards can be achieved including Shop Floor staff, Pricing, Planning, Stores, Shipping, Materials, Finance, Commercial* Provide regular assistance to produce reports to the leadership team on sales ..... full job details .....
