About the RoleAs an AAT Skills Coach/ Trainer, you''ll support a caseload of apprentices, guiding them through their learning journey and helping them achieve their professional and apprenticeship outcomes.You''ll work closely with learners and employers, delivering coaching, assessment, and structured support aligned to apprenticeship standards and quality expectations.This role will involve face to face and group delivery sessions, in a classroom and in a virtual classroom.
