As a

Health and Safety Manager , you will play a key part in ensuring safety standards are met across multiple fit–out projects. This is a

mid–level role

and will suit someone confident in site inspections and audits, with a hands–on approach.Carrying out regular site inspections and audits in line with UK legislation and company standardsReviewing contractor RAMS and ensuring compliance with policies and proceduresInvestigating incidents and near misses, producing detailed reports and recommending corrective actionsSupporting project teams in developing and maintaining a strong safety cultureAssisting with HandS training, reporting, and KPI trackingHelping maintain company accreditations (ISO 45001, RoSPA, Constructionline Platinum, etc.)You will be based in the London office but will need to drive and travel to Cambridge once or twice per week to audit sites.About You

To be successful in this Health and Safety Manager role, you will need:NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and SafetyTech IOSH membership (minimum)SMSTS and First Aid qualifications2 3 years experience in construction, ideally within interior fit–out projectsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential for Cambridge site visits)This role is
