Plumbing and Heating Skills Coach x 3 Location: Northampton Salary: £47,000 per annum (perm) / £45 per hour (temp) Contract: Permanent or temporary, full time Henry Blue is working with a well established training provider to recruit three Plumbing and Heating Skills Coaches. These roles are open on a permanent or temporary basis. Each is a dual role covering both teaching and assessing, and the pay is set to reflect that. This is a good fit for an experienced plumber who wants to move off the tools and pass on their trade knowledge. It would also suit an existing trainer or assessor, whether you re after a strong permanent package or flexible temp work. The role Deliver engaging plumbing and heating sessions, both practical and theory Assess learners in the workshop and in the workplace, and track their progress Support learners through their qualification, from enrolment to completion Keep accurate records in line with awarding body and quality standards Work with the wider team to deliver high standards of teaching and learning What you ll need Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent) Solid industry experience in plumbing and heating Assessor qualification (CAVA / TAQA / A1), or willingness to work towards Teaching qualification (AET or higher), or willingness to work towards Gas Safe registration desirable A genuine interest in developing the next generation of tradespeople What s on offer £47,000 dual-role salary (perm) or a competitive hourly rate ..... full job details .....
