A well-established construction company in the Southeast is growing and looking for a part-time Senior Finance Assistant on a 6-month temporary contract with potential to become permanent.Working Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm) in the officeSalary: 13.50 - 14.40per hour Key Duties include but are not limited to: Client invoicing and credit control Weekly/monthly supplier and subcontractor payment runs CIS checks, reconciliations and HMRC returns Processing purchase, supplier and subcontractor invoices Matching POs and goods received notes Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers Managing company credit cards and expense claims Weekly payroll and pension submissions Timesheet management and supporting cashflow forecast Bank and credit card reconciliation Assisting with audit prep, month-end close, and taking accounts to Trial Balance General admin and reception support as neededSkills and Experience required to be considered for this Senior Finance Assistant position: AAT Level 3/4 or 10+ years'' relevant experience Strong Xero and Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) Construction industry background preferred Familiarity with Construction Manager and Hubdoc a bonus Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented If you feel like you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this Senior Finance Assistant position, please apply with your CV and Laura at Prime Appointments will be in touch
