The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support to pupils, ensuring they have every opportunity to thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting children with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language needs
* Assisting with the planning and delivery of individual learning plans
* Providing one-to-one or small group support
* Helping to create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment
* Liaising with staff and external professionals as needed
