Clinical Psychologist Permanent - Immediate start Salary up to £80,000 (depending on experience) School based in the Ward of Selly Oak Lead triage, assessment, and therapeutic interventions, guiding the clinical team to improve pupil wellbeing.The Role:You will be the school''s senior clinical lead, turning referrals into timely, effective support. You will run triage clinics, undertake structured assessments, set clear formulations and agree treatment plans that fit the school day. You will deliver brief, evidence-based interventions such as CBT, solution-focused work and behavioural parent guidance, and you will supervise counsellors, ELSAs and external therapists so practice is consistent. You will track risk, write concise reports, and coordinate with CAMHS, social care and GPs. You will train staff on de-escalation, anxiety, low mood, self-harm awareness and trauma-informed routines. You will monitor impact with simple measures, refine pathways and brief SLT on trends so policies and timetables support mental health as well as attainment.The Candidate and Requirements:You combine clinical depth with school pragmatism. You make decisions quickly, write clearly and keep interventions tight and teachable. HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist, Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.• Skilled in formulation-
