Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Trainee Window Glazier on behalf of our client based in Tiptree, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be keen to develop their skills in timber window and door glazing and work towards an NVQ Level 2 qualification. Roles and Responsibilities: Learning various glazing techniques through an NVQ Level 2 qualification. On-the-job learning of MandW glazing techniques on a timber window and door glazing system. Learning MandW modern glazing alternatives to traditional putty glazing. Undertaking other general duties within the glazing and assembly department where required. Assisting with quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Experience, Education and Qualifications: Previous experience in glazing is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided. Willingness to learn new skills and develop in a hands-on environment. Good attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
