• AM Shift: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm (includes 30-minute lunch break) -15.47 hourly
• PM Shift: 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm (includes 30-minute lunch break) -17.01 hourly
• Location: BN6 9ZJ
• Contract: Temporary - 4 months (likely to extend)
• Start: ASAP

Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to play a vital role in a dynamic supply chain environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our National Distribution Centre team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our high standards of quality and efficiency are met every single day.

• Operational Excellence: Execute daily tasks within outbound dispatch and goods receipt, ensuring all deliveries are processed "on time and in full."
• Inventory Management: Handle stock accurately, including storage in temperature-controlled environments (room temperature, chill, and frozen).
• Order Fulfilment: Pick customer orders with precision, verifying material numbers, quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all warehouse certification standards, SOPs, and Health & Safety directives to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Systems Usage: Utilise SAP R/3 and SAP EWM systems to accurately record stock movements and process customer returns.
• Team Collaboration:Support the wider team, assist with loading/unloading vehicles, and proactively suggest process improvements.

• GCSE pass (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
• Proven experience in a warehousing or supply chain environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A flexible approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
