We are excited to be recruiting for a Head Chef to work at Bond Dickinson - London. Location: Womble Bond DickinsonRate of pay: £45,000 per annum + Performance related bonusWorking pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, 7:00-15:30 Key responsibilities Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including overseeing a Hospitality Assistant and Supervisor, ensuring smooth service and maintaining high standards in food production for up to 80 covers Handle all stock management responsibilities, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations and cost control Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality dishes, including sandwiches, fine dining, and canapés, ensuring attention to detail and exceptional presentation Manage all paperwork related to food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations, including maintaining records for compliance with health and safety regulations Work autonomously, including performing duties typically assigned to a Kitchen Porter, ensuring the kitchen is clean, organised, and all equipment is maintained to high standards Maintaining regular communication with the client on a daily basis What''s in it for you?
