The role will require an ambitious individual who will assist the Branch Manager in promoting and developing this already busy and established branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a career driven individual who will play a vital role within the business and continually look on ways of improving procedures and driving the Branch forwards. Reporting to: DEPOT MANAGER As Assistant Branch Manager you will assist the Branch Manager develop and manage the Depot and provide the highest levels of customer services, in order to maximise the sales and profitability, you will lead, motivate and support your team. Key Responsibilities as Assistant Branch Manager Ensure Branch is compliant with all Health and Safety Support, motivate, coach and help raise the performance standards of your team. Understanding customer needs and requirements, research accounts, identify key players. Build both supplier and customer relationships to improve the sales and margin capability of the Branch. Ensure all sales orders, following up sales enquiries and delivery schedules and done quickly and efficiently.
