HSE Senior LeadLocation: Glossop, SK13Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 per annumHours: DaysContract: Permanent Full-TimeThe OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for an experienced HSE Senior Lead to join a well-established manufacturing business in the Glossop area.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental professional to take a leading role in driving HSE performance, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting a positive safety culture across the business.The RoleLead and continually improve Health, Safety and Environmental performance across the site.Ensure compliance with relevant UK health, safety and environmental legislation.Implement, maintain and improve HSE management systems, supporting ISO audits and certification.Oversee risk assessments, COSHH assessments and safe working practices.Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action programmes.Promote a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Provide guidance and support to management and operational teams on HSE matters.The Ideal CandidateNEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent recognised qualification.Environmental management qualification or demonstrable experience in environmental compliance and management systems.Significant experience in an HSE leadership or management position within manufacturing, industrial or chemical processing environments.Strong knowledge of UK health, safety and ..... full job details .....
