Multimodal Export OperatorRight Now Group are recruiting for an experienced Multimodal Export Operator based in Ashford, Surrey.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established international freight forwarder, handling Air and Sea Freight Export operations from start to finish. The successful candidate will manage the full export process, including documentation and customs clearances, while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient shipment movements.Key Responsibilities of a Multimodal Export OperatorManage Air and Sea Freight Export shipments from start to finish.Prepare and manage export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Air Waybills and customs entries.Liaise with airlines, shipping lines and overseas agents to ensure timely movement of cargo.Manage customs clearance processes accurately and efficiently.Ensure all shipments comply with export regulations and client requirements.Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on shipment status.Use CargoWise for job file management and shipment processing.Collaborate with the internal pricing and quotations team when required.Support the wider operations team where necessary.Skills and Experience Required for a Multimodal Export OperatorPrevious experience within Air and Sea Freight Export operations.Experience managing export shipments from start to finish.Good understanding of export documentation and customs clearance ..... full job details .....
