We''re looking for an experienced Senior Digital Talent Partner to support technology and digital hiring across a range of specialist disciplines. This is a sourcing-led role requiring strong stakeholder management, talent mapping, passive candidate engagement and end-to-end recruitment expertise.

• Manage recruitment campaigns from brief to offer.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to engage passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and provide market insights.
• Manage multiple technology vacancies simultaneously.
• Support recruitment reporting and process improvements.

• Proven technology or digital recruitment experience.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capability.
• End-to-end recruitment delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience recruiting across multiple technical skillsets.
• Ability to work independently and deliver at pace.
