What You ll Be Doing (Full Training Provided) As part of your training and development, you will learn to: • Source and attract candidates using leading recruitment tools and techniques • Headhunt and identify top talent for live roles • Match candidate skills with client requirements • Conduct telephone interviews and shortlist candidates • Support Senior Recruiters with live vacancies • Ensure compliance (right to work checks and documentation) Main day to day duties to include - Onsite checking in Staff relationship building Working closely with our clients making sure staff are on site, staff inductions customer liaison Working hours can vary but one our main focus is to be on site daily Monday to Friday = 5.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday Standard office day = 8.30am to 5pm on none che
