LGV Class 1 Milk Tanker Driver

We are looking for reliable and professional-LGV Class 1 (HGV Category C+E) Drivers-to join a friendly family run buisness, collecting fresh milk directly from farms and delivering it safely to our customers.

The Role

As a Milk Tanker Driver, your main responsibilities will include:

• Collecting milk from farms using a modern milk tanker.
• Carrying out vehicle and equipment checks before and after shifts.
• Safely connecting hoses and operating tanker equipment.
• Completing collection paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensuring milk is collected and transported in accordance with company procedures and food safety standards.
• Providing a professional and friendly service to farmers and customers.
• Working independently while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Full Training Provided

No previous milk tanker experience is required.-Full training will be provided, including tanker operations, milk collection procedures, health and safety, and site-specific requirements.

About You

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold a valid-LGV Class 1 / Category C+E licence.
• Have-at least 1 year of recent Class 1 driving experience on your licence.
• Have a good driving record and a professional approach to your work.
• Be reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Be comfortable working independently and visiting farms.
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays where required.
• Have good communication and customer-service skills.
