Overview: Client works with Tech and Private equity clients around the world You will be sourcing candidates for these vacancies - lots of headhunting Average deal size 15-60k Based full time in the office for the first 6 months Hybrid working available after probation Team of 7 currently with huge growth plans for this year 27k base during probation rising to 30k after you probation 20% commission - no threshold Lots of ongoing training and development with the view of you transitioning into a 360 consultant within the first 5 months What we are looking for: 6-12 months recruitment experience within a white collar/ corporate sector or Graduate without any prior recruitment experience but all of the right skill set and attributes; well spoken, articulate, switched on with good communication skills with an entrepreneurial spirit.
