Job Title: Welder/Fabricator
Location: Redditch
Salary: £14.00 – £16.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Job Type: Temp to Perm

JAM Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting experienced Welder/Fabricators on behalf of our client based in Redditch.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with the potential to earn a permanent contract after 13 weeks.

Welder/Fabricator Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication of frames for vehicles, vans, etc.

• Working within the vehicle conversions department

• MIG welding

• Interpreting and working from engineering drawings

• Using a variety of hand and power tools

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential

• Ability to read and work from technical drawings

• Competent in MIG welding and fabrication

• Comfortable using various hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
