The Role As the HR Advisor, you will: Manage and resolve a range of employee relations cases with professionalism. Deliver training sessions on disciplinary, grievance, and other HR procedures. Offer expert HR advice to managers and stakeholders. Work closely with HR colleagues to enhance and streamline HR practices. You To succeed in this HR Advisor role, you ll bring: Proven experience in employee relations or generalist HR support. Confidence in delivering HR-related training.
