About the role of Trainee Social Value Coordinator Traditionally specialises in high spec projects across the education, health care and industrial new builds, refurbishments and extensions valuing between 1M - 15M across their multiple offices across the UK for private and framework clients. The role of Trainee Social Value Coordinator will oversee up to six sites covering this region. Responsibilities for Trainee Social Value Coordinator Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders, clients, communities, and charities to promote the work and beliefs of the businessEngage with local educational facilities encouraging work experience, cv writing and mock interviews inspiring early careers within constructionHost initiatives and events encouraging the wider business, to integrate the social value strategies of the business Requirements for Trainee Social Value Coordinator Previous experience within the construction industry would be beneficialExperience working within or alongside the public sector is essentialStrong understanding of social challenges and social impactEffective communication skills
