Prior experience as either an Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager on Interior Fit Out projects. Valid, In-date SMSTS. Ability to lodge away across the UK on various projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage a construction site, to ensure the development is completed on time, to specification and safety regulations, while complying with company and construction build and quality standards. Ensure all quality and safety inspections are within quality control standards and carried out in accordance with Group guidelines.
