About the Role:

  Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of teaching staff

• 
  

  Engage and motivate students while maintaining excellent classroom behaviour

• 
  

  Provide support and guidance as needed to help students stay on track

• 
  

  Ensure a safe, inclusive, and focused learning environment

• 
  

  Work closely with staff and follow school policies and safeguarding procedures

About You:

• 
  

  Experience covering lessons across secondary key stages (KS3 andamp; KS4) is essential

• 
  

  Resilient, approachable, and confident managing a busy classroom

• 
  

  Able to build positive relationships with students and staff

• 
  

  Clear enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)

• 
  

  Fully available from September 2025 for a long-term commitment
