You will act as an expert lead and advisor to develop and embed a root cause analysis approach to ensure consistently high-quality investigations are undertaken, and learning outcomes are shared when things go wrong.Duties will include:- Act as the expert lead for all investigations, supporting investigators and ensuring that investigations (e.g. disciplinary, safeguarding, formal complaints, financial, grievance, serious incidents, etc.) are completed in accordance with our policies and processes, working collaboratively with stakeholders.- Act as the lead for serious incident investigations and com
