Experience and Skills of a childcare worker: Full UK driving licence (essential) Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People s Workforce (or willingness to undertake) Experience supporting children or young people with challenging behaviours (desirable) Ability to set behavioural boundaries and provide emotional support A positive, caring attitude and strong communication skills Hours of Work Part-time: 19.5 hours Full-time: 39 hours Benefits: Fully funded training and development opportunities.
