Job Summary

As a

Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FPandA) Analyst , you will play a key role in supporting senior leadership with insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact in a mission-driven healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planningAnalyze financial performance and prepare monthly and quarterly variance reportsCollaborate with department and facility leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive revenue growthDeliver executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentationsMonitor key healthcare metrics including census, labor costs, and reimbursement trendsConduct scenario modeling and ROI analysis for new initiativesSupport the annual budget process, coordinating inputs from cross-functional teamsPartner with accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA )4-6 years of FPandA or financial analysis experience; healthcare industry experience highlyAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex financial modeling)Experience with financial planning tools and BI platforms (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Power BI, Tableau)Strong understanding of financial statements and healthcare financial metricsExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and present insights to cross-functional teams
