Reporting to the Practice Manager my Client based BT12 area of Belfast require a part-time Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis with the view to becoming permanent Duties: Meet and greet all patients to the front desk Answer all telephone calls Answer repeat prescription line Passing on results to patients General Administration (filing; post; scanning etc.) Although during the working day any of these areas may interchange according to the needs of the practice and patients and other duties may be added as required Essential Criteria: Previous experience in a similar role (to include telephone and face to face contact) 4 GCSE'' A - C inc English and Maths or equivalent Fully computer literate Evidence of working in a team and on own initiative Excellent communication and organisational skills Must have own transport as 1 afternoon per week you will be required to go to another site in the BT15 area of Belfast to work Flexibility to cover sickness and holiday at another site BT15 area of Belfast Available asap Experience in a medical environment (GP surgery) advantageous although training will be given 23.5 hours pw - Mon: 9am - 2pm BT12 site Tues: 9am - 12 noon BT12 site and 1.30pm - 5.30pm BT15 site Wed: 9am - 5pm BT12 site Thurs: 9am - 1pm BT12 site Salary £13.45 per hour To apply for the above vacancy please forward your CV via the link. or contact our office ..... full job details .....
