Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant - Luton

Affinity Partnerships is recruiting for a passionate Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant to work full-time at a Secondary SEN school in Luton.

We are working with a Secondary SEN school supporting young people aged 11-19 who display challenging behaviour alongside additional needs. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience, develop your SEN expertise and make a meaningful impact while working alongside dedicated staff in a supportive learning environment.

Requirements
Experience working with pupils with a range of needs, including challenging behaviour, PMLD and complex needs
Strong behaviour management skills
