InterEx Group are hiring for a French Speaking Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our Data division. Business Development: Identify and win new clients through cold calling, networking, and market research; build long-term partnerships with clients and understand their hiring needs; negotiate terms of business and manage client accounts.Candidate Management: Source and attract top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and CRM; screen, interview, and assess candidates’ suitability for roles; manage candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process; deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to placement.Full 360 Management: Meet and exceed KPIs and billing targets; maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM; stay up-to-date with market trends in your niche (Cloud, Cyber, Data, etc.).Required Skills and Experience

1+ year in a recruitment consultant role (360 preferred, 180 considered)Proven track record of billing and meeting KPIsStrong sales, negotiation, and communication skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and resilientKnowledge of the tech recruitment space is advantageousWhat’s in It for You?
